Overall very satisfied...
Although it took a while for my order to despatch, once it did I was able to track every part of its journey to my door. So far the case seems good quality and hard wearing but time will tell. My only gripe would be that it took a week for my order status to update as despatched, when the original email says 1-3 days for QC check and despatch. Only a small thing but a more realistic timaframe would have been useful.

GREAT customer service: seriously
ESR has provided the best customer service for my order of lens covers for my iPhone 14 pro. I inadvertently put the wrong zip code for my address which hampered the delivery of my order. After a week of them trying to find where my package was (lost somewhere) the generously offered to ship me another at no additional charge!! And this after I admitted to them thst I had put the wrong zip code! You don’t find that level of customer service very often these days. Thank you ESR.

i got this ESR magsafe stand for my iPhone and it works perfectly. i really love it and use it every night. the fan is such an add on, specially in the hot days of summer!

Love the product but want more options
Love the product. Fits my iPad Pro 12.9 perfectly. Wish there were more options of patterns and/or graphics on the case. Ultimately choose this over the prettier cases because of functionality.
